2. Use License

Permission is granted to use ZipKit's file conversion and management tools for personal or commercial use, subject to your account's Coin balance. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on ZipKit.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose (e.g., distributing malware).

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must register for an account via Google OAuth or Email OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content Policy

You retain all rights to the files you upload to ZipKit. However, by uploading content, you grant us a temporary license to process your files for the sole purpose of providing the service (e.g., converting a PDF to Word).

5. Virtual Currency (Coins)

ZipKit Coins are virtual units used to access premium features. Coins have no cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change the pricing or availability of Coins at any time.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on ZipKit are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitations

In no event shall ZipKit or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services.
